Real ID really unconstitutional

If somebody asked you what restrictions the Fourth Amendment places on the federal government, could you tell them? I’m beginning to wonder if Americans understand the U.S. Constitution actually places limits on government rather than the people. I would suggest every American quickly acquaint themselves with the Fourth Amendment because this will be the next Constitutional law completely undermined and haphazardly breached, like it hasn’t already.

I am always taken aback when I hear Democrats and Republicans quibble over which one is violating the Constitution, as if either of them actually care. Republicans completely ignore privacy rights and start wars without a declaration. Democrats point to comma placement in the second amendment as proof you shouldn’t be allowed to own a gun. Let’s face some facts up front; both parties are in the game for the party, not the citizen.

Having said that, both parties have been in cooperation to pass the first phase of a national ID implementation. Known quite intentionally as the Real ID Act, this law is but the beginning in the American emergence of what the Soviet Union called domestic passports. These were used by the Soviet Union to monitor the place of residence of its citizens, among other things. They are also currently used by China, yet another communist state.

Real ID on the surface sounds innocent enough, which of course is the intention. Obviously lawmakers knew Americans would not be happy with an immediate full-scale implementation of a federally managed identification system.

Therefore, Uncle Sam decided to start small. Real ID actually establishes minimum standards for state issued drivers licenses.  According to dhs.gov, the new cards will be needed for a citizen to board a federally regulated airplane and to access a federal facility or a nuclear power plant.

It, of course, is also said to help fight terrorism. Terrorism, it seems, is the new Soviet Union. Leaders need enemies in order to force a voluntary surrender of liberty.

What does a citizen  need a Real ID license for? The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) says it will only be used for “official purposes.”  Who defines these official purposes? The DHS does, of course. Evidently, the DHS may also expand on these official purposes in the future to maximize the security benefits of the Real ID.

Therefore, the DHS and the federal government have the right to expand citizen’s limitations unless they have a Real ID. Let’s also not become ignorant of the fact your politicians also want biometrics included in Real ID, which could include information such as fingerprints or radio frequency technology known as RFID.

The government’s first date set to have Real ID implemented was May 11, 2008; however, the DHS had to grant extensions to every single state, including Mississippi, because none were ready to implement the system on that specified date.

This means your Constitutional state driver’s license will be invalid after the extension period runs out and the federal government will then implement the unconstitutional Real ID system. The DHS’s Web site says people born after Dec. 1, 1964, will have to acquire a Real ID card by Dec. 1, 2014.

Thankfully, several states are outright rejecting the Real ID system. Maine, Montana, New Hampshire and South Carolina did not even bother asking for an extension because they said they would not implement the program. Idaho and Alaska both filed for extensions, yet recently passed legislation against its implementation.

All these ridiculous acts by the federal government are disguised as an effort to fight terror: the Real ID, the torturing of human beings, illegal wiretapping as well as an unconstitutional war. Wouldn’t the defeat of terror involve a people who are not easily terrorized?

It seems to me Americans are more scared than ever. We are so scared of being attacked that we are willing to give up the very thing that makes our country great: our civil liberties. For those of you who believe these terrorists hate us for our freedoms, let me ask you a question:  When our government takes away those freedoms, have the terrorists won?

Did you know that one can boil a frog alive? You can't put him in boiling water, he'll jump out. But just put him in some warm water and let him swim around and get comfortable. If you turn up the heat slowly, slowly, he will just sit in there until he's dead...

The Real ID Act is a giant step toward the NWO and the Mark of the Beast mentioned in Rev Ch 13. For those that doubt, Google 42 USC 666 and then explain why the SSN and the law requiring such (42 uSC 666) for a drivers license is only a coincidence. Right, it's only a coincidence about the number 666 and SSN's.....

We the people don't really care what is taking place as long as we have other diversions to occupy our minds, booze, drugs, etc. The govt knows our weaknesses and will use them against us to accomplish their agenda.

First the DRIVER LICENSE is not Constitutional, it is a permit granted to a juristic corporate entity, the party which it is granted to gives up his Constitutional Rights when he accepts the conditions of the DRIVER LICENSE agreement therefore making himself subject to the STATUTES governing the agreement. This REAL ID all began in 1974 when they finished the three story tall computer in Brussels Belgium known as the "BEAST" Brussels Electronic Accounting Surveillance Terminal which keeps track of every "SMART CARD" Multi-Technology Automatic Reader Card which are now Credit Cards, Real ID's, D.O.D. Department Of Defense ID's !!! In the Holy Bible's book of Isaiah :SATAN proclaimed he would set his throne above GOD's, and in Revelation chapter 13 he uses these ID's to control everyone in the world because they all volunteer/submit/worship him. These credit cards have bee around since the Olympics in Atlanta when VISA and MASTER CARD gave them away to anyone who signed up. Then SLICK WILLY forced 500 Prisoners in ARKANSAS to receive the BIO CHIP in a test and then the D.O.D. even Veterans had to accept them to get their V.A. benefits. Now everyone who signs up for a commercial DRIVER LICENSE has to take one also. In case you didn't catch it all DRIVER LICNESE are commercial and the only people who have to have them are those in the business of DRIVING or OPERATING a MOTOR VEHICLE which has nothing to do with Traveling in an Automobile for Pleasure which is Constitutional and which doesn't require a LICENSE but they wont tell you that because most people don't know the Law they get sucked in by the Subtleties of SATAN and his CHILDREN (aka. Politicians, Judges, Lawyers, Bureaucrats, Nazis !!!)

"They" are taking our freedoms away because "we" go along with whatever they tell us. People keep saying we need the government to take care of us. In my opinion, there has been too much government in our lives and we need to learn how to take care of ourselves instead of depending on someone else because no one cares as much about you as YOU.

Both C Yarbrough and Jon seem like they would give up anything for some perceived security. Here is a newsflash for you, the government is not your friend. If there was a serious concern about terrorism, would our borders be wide open? Think!!!

This article will relieve anyone of the delusion that government is, as currently operating, for the benefit of we the people: http://www.adabyron.net/

“He who trades liberty for security, deserves neither and will lose both.” – Thomas Jefferson

“Those who would give up Essential Liberty to purchase a little Temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety.” – Benjamin Franklin

“The duty of government is to bestow upon its people as much liberty as is possible, but only as much security as is necessary.” Alexander Steven Peak

Guilt until proven innocent is the beginning of massive corruption by the government. Last I checked, America was the land of the free and the home of the brave. The government is taking those freedoms away and it is certainly feeding us fear of everything; gas, terror, economic crisis... Did you know that every baby born in the U.S. has its DNA taken and stored in a database?

There was a recent article in the Kansas City Star about a woman who was born in Malta and came to the United States at a very young age. Her father was in the military. She currently does not have a valid driver's license and might not be able to vote because she cannot find her birth certificate. There have been other reports of people not being able to get their driver's license because they are unable to find their birth certificate: records weren't kept or were destroyed by fire or flood.

Wrong, people. How far are we willing to let the government take us before we see that we are headed down the path to a totalitarian state? The government is too "smart" to take all of our liberties away at once. Little by little, we are being controlled by the government. The government has no business listening to my conversations. I am not planning on becoming a terrorist, but we are being treated that way. Take our liberties back.

He's not settling with any idea. The problem is that this country is moving towards a mentality of guilty until proven innocent.

Today is Constitution day. Remember, it is the day that Republicans and Democrats like to ignore.

I actually have one of the new Passport Cards which is similar to the "Real ID" and I actually find nothing wrong with it. It has saved me many headaches when going through customs because it has a computer chip in it that registers you to enter a "fast" lane so they can quickly process your information. If you aren't doing anything illegal then you don't have anything to worry about!

If you leave everything as is, then people can come and go across our borders without issue. You are settling with the idea that people will always be here illegally and we will have no idea how many, location, or what their intent is. I'm all for civil liberty, but we have to have something to bridge the gap. A standardized ID card seems to be the most effective way of accomplishing this task. It is unacceptable to let things stay the same knowing what we know today. I'm not scared, but I'm all for erroring on the side of caution. If the gov't wants to listen to me talk to the wife while deciding who is going to the grocery store while ascertaining if I'm hell bent on doing someone harm, water board those who might have hell bent plans in place, or require everyone to carry a "I'm a USA Citizen" card to make sure you are who you say you are, well then I'm all for it. Innocent people will of course get caught-up in these measures, but the truth is they always have.

One major problem with this whole idea is, government does not care about the people. Government treats us like children; they are smart, and we are not. When someone dares to ask why government does unconstitutional things, government shouts, "Because I said so." None of us should vote for anyone who is currently in office. Vote for the other guy.
